      Who's eligible to volunteer for HCF 2017?
      Any registered student at a US college or graduate school is eligible to apply. 

      What qualities are we looking for? 
      Volunteers should be passionate about US-China relations and Harvard China Forum. Experience in event organization, journalism, photography, videography or having a driver license is desirable but not required. 

      What are the responsibilities of the volunteers?
      Volunteers will be responsible for assisting with registration, catering, venue set-up, and other operational duties. Volunteers will also provide assistance during panels, pitch competition, and career fairs where there will be 
      chances to work with each of our three committees (Operations, Marketing, and Panels) and connect with speakers. 

      What is the time commitment?
      Volunteers must be able to attend the full conference from 3
      pm, April 21 to 
      6pm, April 23 as well as all the mandatory training sessions in the weeks before the conference (specific time and location to be announced). 

      Do I need to know Chinese?
      Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is desirable but not required.

      When is the deadline for applying to be a volunteer?
      Please complete the application AND email your resume to 
      volunteer@harvardchina.org by Wednesday, March 29, 2017, 11:59pm (EST).

          Harvard China Pitch

          Our conference will feature a pitch competition where eight teams of entrepreneurs will be presenting their China-related startup ideas to top Chinese angel investors and VCs. These 8 finalists will be selected from over 200 submissions, and attendees will be able to learn from their presentations as well as the judges' feedback.
                                            
          Bob Xu Xiaoping, Founder of ZhenFund, will be one of the judges of Harvard China Pitch.

          2. MIT 无名剧社春季大戏 《阴道独白》

          無名剧社将于4月2日晚上6:30在MIT Wong Auditorium表演伊芙恩斯勒的《阴道独白》,此次演出将会是中文版《阴道独白》在波士顿的首演。《阴道独白》自1996年首演于纽约百老汇后,至今已被翻译成了50多种语言,在140多个国家上演。《阴道独白》的素材全部来自于真实的采访:每个故事的叙述者都是一名独特的女性;每个故事的背后都有一段鲜活的人生,一个社会的缩影。此次,無名剧社决定将伊娃恩斯特的《阴道独白》搬上舞台。此剧以独白这种形式,表达了女性的烦恼、思考、以及批判。本剧试图颠覆传统观念,直面性别暴力等社会问题,表现了新女性的主体意识。
