北京大学新英格兰校友会（松），波士顿南开校友会（柏），波士顿清华校友会（梅）及交通大学新英格兰地区校友会（竹）将联合组织第四届“松柏梅竹”滑雪会，以喜迎新年加强友谊。同时热烈也欢迎其他院校校友及朋友参加。我们选择了大家熟悉而有团队优惠的 Pats Peak 雪场，初学者及滑雪老手都能满意。
When:
Saturday 2PM-10PM, Jan 23, 2016 (in case of severe weather, the event might be rescheduled).
Where:
PATS PEAK Ski Area
686 Flanders Road, Henniker, NH 03242 (~90 minutes’ drive from Boston)

Group Rate (>6-year and Pay one Price):
$44/person including lift/rental/snow tubing from 2pm to 10pm.
$34/person for lift ticket only
$28/person for beginner lessons. 2:30pm is the last lesson for the day.

Carpooling:
Alumni that provide carpool are greatly appreciated. Please provide the carpool information in the registration form. Finding your own seats is always encouraged due to the supply/demand experience last year. Carpool recipients are expected to share the gas (and etc.) cost with your driver.
Tickets & Payment:
We will send out a separate email to all the event registrants on Monday, Jan 18th with details about payment and ticket distribution.
Dressing Tips:
Water-proof pants and coat; Warm hat and gloves; Extra pair of socks; Helmet for children.
Liability Waiver:
Security is each individual’s responsibility. Any alumni group or related person is not liable for any injury, illness or accident.
